Created this delicious number after doing a 15 minute Turbo Fire workout with my boys. My middle son requested a smoothie w/ pineapples. That was perfect since we needed to use up the fruit in the fridge before going bad.
4 pineapple rings(fresh or can)
1/2 ea. Green & red apple
Handful of spinach
6 ice cubes
2/3 cup Silk Milk (vanilla)
Blend all ingredients together placing them in order.
Remember fresh ingredients are always best.
