Arrived home from all day training class and everybody had a request of what they wanted to eat or had a taste for. Started soon as I got out of the car and was still standing in the garage no chance to get in door. Middle son began to explain how he had a taste for Chinese then my husband says that he has a taste for macaroni and cheese collard greens, fried chicken and sweet tea. So since I already had planned to do chicken I agreed to to everything hubby requested minus the greens and tea.

Box of elbow maccaroni
2cups half & half
4tbsp. butter
4tbsp. all-purpose flour
3-8oz blocks of cheese (monterey jack, mild cheddar, mozzarella) variety, parmesan), shredded
4oz. Colby jack cheese
1tsp. Natures Own Seasoning

Cook elbow pasta. While pasta is cooking make cheese sauce.

In pot melt butter. Then beat in 1tbsp. at a time flour using beater.

Slowly add in milk blending it with flour mixture.

Add cheeses stirring slowly till melted.

Pour cheese sauce over the pasta (remember to drain water) mix well. Place in baking dish and cook at 400 degrees until bubbly or golden brown; about 15-20 minutes.
